The DISTAR RAZOR cutting wheel, with a continuous diamond-bearing layer, can make smooth cuts without chipping. The diamond wheel is universal, but it is generally used for hard ceramics, as well as soft marble and floor tiles. It is designed for dry cutting, with a cutting speed of 1.5 linear meters per minute. The disc is available in various sizes with diameters ranging from 115 to 230 mm. In the most popular diameters of 125 and 230 mm, the diamond cutting layer has been increased by 20% and is now 10 mm. In combination with the Slider Mechanic 45 attachment, it can confidently cut hard ceramic tiles at a 45° angle.
